Middle/Senior Business Analyst / Project Manager (Odoo)

We are looking for a Middle/Senior Odoo Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong experience in discovery and implementation of Odoo ERP solutions (version 18+). The ideal candidate has excellent analytical and communication skills and can work closely with both clients and technical teams.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Odoo (incl. v18+).
• Strong understanding of core Odoo modules (CRM, Sales, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, HR, etc.).
• Proven experience in business discovery, documentation, and functional analysis.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• English level: B2+ (spoken and written).
• Odoo certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery sessions to analyze business needs and translate them into Odoo solutions.
• Prepare detailed discovery and functional documentation, including process flows, specifications, and gap analyses.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and communication throughout all stages.
• Support UAT, end-user training, and post-go-live activities.
