- from defining the right ICPs to creating a consistent flow of high-quality opportunities. Beyond process, the role is about shaping a strong, motivated BDR team: setting the tone, bringing energy, and creating an environment where people grow and perform. In close partnership with Marketing, the BDR Lead ensures Sales focuses on high-intent, high-fit prospects, driving sustainable revenue while protecting delivery capacity and margins. Requirements: Strategic Background Extensive experience leading BDR or SDR units within high-growth B2B tech or Cloud ecosystems Deep understanding of how to sell complex software and infrastructure solutions Proven mastery of outbound prospecting and lead qualification frameworks Operational Excellence Natural ability to boost conversion rates through targeted coaching and playbook optimization Consistent track record of expanding the qualified pipeline through strategic ICP targeting Expertise in building predictable workflows and multi-channel engagement cadences Leadership and Data Data-obsessed approach to monitoring KPIs and implementing performance improvements Skilled in hiring and onboarding to build high-performance, resilient teams Seamless alignment with Sales and Marketing to synchronize feedback loops Core Skills Minimum B2 English proficiency for global collaboration and technical pitching Hands-on experience with modern stacks like HubSpot, Apollo, Reply, etc. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of business development professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to help them achieve their targets and objectives. Develop and execute effective business development strategies to drive growth and expand market share. Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations & marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and refine business development strategies. Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and achievements to senior management. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the business development team members. Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, promoting a high-performance mindset and maintaining a motivating work environment.
