Recruiter (Middle/Senior)

About the role As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in shaping the future of a dynamic organization by identifying and attracting top talent. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand team needs and ensure a perfect match with candidates. Your efforts will directly contribute to the company’s growth, and you’ll have the satisfaction of knowing you’re bringing in individuals who will make a lasting impact. Responsibilities: Working with various sourcing channels to find potential candidates for tech and business roles; Creating and posting job vacancies on different platforms, processing responses, and selecting relevant candidates; Conducting interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire recruitment cycle; Collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs; Contributing to building and improving recruitment processes within the company. Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in recruiting and successfully filling technical and business roles in an IT company or agency; Experience working with international markets and sourcing candidates globally is a strong advantage; Experience working in a product company, especially in the field of Embedded development, is a plus; Knowledge and experience working with ATS systems and effective candidate sourcing strategies; Upper-intermediate English level or higher; Ability to build long-term relationships with team leaders, managers, and other stakeholders, taking into account their needs, values, and goals to organize the hiring process.
