Middle.NET/React Developer

Location: Remote / Lviv (flexible office) Type: Full-time Experience: 3+ years English: Upper-Intermediate+

We’re looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join a long-term project focused on building an intelligent call center solution. The platform helps businesses manage high volumes of customer communication efficiently — including real-time dashboards, smart call routing, CRM integration, and VoIP services. This is a hands-on development role where your ideas will matter — the client is open to improvements and values technical input.

Tech Stack: Backend:.NET 6+, C# Frontend: React.js, TypeScript Database: MS SQL Integrations: Twilio, WebRTC, SignalR Cloud: Azure (optional)

What You'll Do: Build new features and maintain existing functionality Integrate telephony and CRM systems via APIs Optimize application performance and scalability Participate in technical discussions, estimations, and code reviews Work closely with the product owner and distributed team

Requirements: 3+ years of experience with.NET (C#) and React.js Strong understanding of web architecture and client-server communication Experience with REST APIs, relational databases, and version control systems Good spoken and written English (B2 level or confident B1+)
