Customer Relationship Assistant to Hemocue
Description
As a Custom Relationship Assistant, you will play a key role in qualifying leads and scheduling meetings with potential customers. You will be part of a small team working closely with the sales and marketing departments. Your responsibilities will include handling incoming inquiries from companies that have shown interest via digital campaigns and trade fairs, ensuring they are qualified leads, and scheduling meetings for further discussions with sales representatives. You will be a part of the global campaign team and get an onboarding training to the company its products and services.
The role can be performed remotely, but we expect you to be on-site at the office for the first two weeks for onboarding and to get to know the team and the role.
It is a 50% role for 6 months, with the possibility of both an extension and increased hours.
