Hi, Role: Wireless Architect Location: Downtown Manhattan, NY (Onsite Local NY/NJ only) Email Key Skills (Must Have): Ekahau (Pro & Sidekick) Wireless site surveys Enterprise Wi-Fi (Cisco / Aruba / Meraki) Wi-Fi 6 / 6E / Wi-Fi 7 RF design, channel planning & interference mitigation Cisco Catalyst 9800 Wireless Controllers Certifications: CWNA / CWDP / CCNP (Preferred)
Role Summary: Lead wireless architecture, design, deployment & support Perform site surveys, implementation, testing & optimization Handle Tier-3 support & troubleshoot complex issues Work with stakeholders on network planning & performance Maintain documentation & ensure knowledge transfer
Technical Skills: Cisco APs & Controllers (9800, 5500/8500, Catalyst series) Protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, RADIUS, TACACS+ Tools: Cisco Prime, ThousandEyes, Ekahau Strong in RF, OSI troubleshooting & network security Python scripting for automation (nice to have)
Experience: 10+ years in Wireless Networking Experience in large-scale enterprise environments Strong communication & stakeholder management
