Description

Lead configuration and administration of the Workday Recruiting module to support complex hiring needs. Design and optimize end-to-end recruiting workflows including requisition, approvals, offer, and onboarding. Configure and manage Workday business processes (BPs) with condition rules, notifications, and approvals. Ensure seamless integration between Workday Recruiting and Workday HCM modules. Build and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and calculated fields for recruitment analytics. Configure security roles, domains, and user access aligned with compliance and business requirements. Manage EIBs, data loads, and data migration for recruiting and candidate data. Troubleshoot and resolve functional, configuration, and integration issues within Workday. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to gather and translate business requirements into solutions. Support and enhance offer management, candidate lifecycle, and onboarding processes. Work on Workday integrations (Core Connectors, Studio, APIs) related to recruiting systems. Ensure adherence to data, audit controls, and internal governance policies. Provide functional guidance, training, and documentation to end-users and stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging new Workday features and releases. Act as a Product Owner, prioritizing backlog, managing enhancements, and aligning solutions with business goals.
