We do have opening for our client, Role : Salesforce Manufacturing/Auto cloud consultant Location : Santa Clara, CA, Dallas, TX, New jersey (3 days work from office) Duration : Long-term Contract Job Description : Any of Manufacturing/Auto cloud is good from manufacturing domain perspective. We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce professional with deep expertise in Manufacturing Domain and strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and Automotive Cloud . The ideal candidate will design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions supporting aftermarket services such as ticket management, parts management, dealer networks, warranties, service lifecycle, and customer experience . Key Responsibilities Design and implement Salesforce solutions leveraging: Salesforce Automotive Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Experience Cloud Lead solution architecture for aftermarket manufacturing processes , including: Spare parts sales & inventory integration Warranty & claims management Dealer/distributor network management Service contracts & field service lifecycle Returns (RMA) and repair processes Integrate Salesforce with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) for: Order-to-cash Inventory visibility Supply chain workflows Customize Salesforce using: Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Flows APIs, middleware (MuleSoft preferred) Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions Ensure best practices in data modeling, security, and governance Required Qualifications 7 12+ years of Salesforce experience Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Automotive Cloud Proven experience in Manufacturing Aftermarket domain , especially: Automotive / Heavy Equipment / Industrial Manufacturing Expertise in at least two: Salesforce Service Cloud Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Experience Cloud Strong knowledge of: Warranty lifecycle management Dealer portals and B2B commerce Field service operations Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
