QA Lead

Title: QA Lead Location: Dallas, TX Mode of interview: In-Person Work model: Couple of days in a week Onsite resource: a true lead material, who can manage all onsite duties (being a key POC, attend PIs, work w/the Dev teams (pods), offshore coordination, communicate with the business team, impact/analyzes, attend defect triage calls, and having the work get done). Who also has a solid automation background - who can build the framework, use the existing framework, strategize the automation plan, automate during the sprints and not leaving backlogs. Java/Selenium, AWS, API background? soft skills - is she proactive, multitask XXXX XXXX can take accountability of the work.
