Data Engineering & BI Lead (Azure + Databricks) Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid 3 days onsite) Employment Type: 1099 Contract-to-Hire Pay Rate: $80 $90/hour Overview: ElevationHR is seeking a hands-on Data Engineering & BI Lead to join a high-impact data initiative within the energy and infrastructure space. This role is ideal for a strong data engineer who is ready to step into a lead position while remaining deeply involved in technical delivery. You will own data solutions end-to-end partnering with business stakeholders, deg scalable data pipelines, and delivering insights that drive real business outcomes. You will serve as a bridge between business and technology, translating requirements into well-designed, production-ready data solutions.
