Integration Manager

We are seeking a Integration Manager who brings deep hands-on expertise in SnapLogic and enterprise integration. This role requires a strong technical leader who can design scalable integration architectures, lead delivery teams, and evolve into a strategic technical manager. The ideal candidate will combine architectural thinking, hands-on development capability, and team leadership experience to drive enterprise integration programs across cloud and on-prem ecosystems. Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design Lead end-to-end integration architecture using SnapLogic (batch, real-time, API-led, event-driven). Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks. Define enterprise integration standards, best practices, and governance models. Architect integrations with data sources such ass, Batch, File Systems, Streaming, etc. SaaS, PaaS, API Lead API design and management initiatives. Delivery & Team Management Lead a team of SnapLogic developers and integration engineers. Conduct technical discovery workshops with business and IT stakeholders. Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Own technical delivery commitments and ensure on-time, high-quality execution. Mentor junior and mid-level engineers. Stakeholder & Client Engagement Act as the technical point of contact for enterprise clients. Present architecture solutions to executive and technical stakeholders. Provide effort estimations and integration roadmaps.
