Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst HCM

Position: Oracle Cloud Reporting Analyst - HCM Location: Lawrenceville, GA (Onsite - Local Candidates Only) Duration: 8 Months Role Overview: The selected candidate will be responsible for deg, developing, and maintaining HCM reports and dashboards using Oracle Cloud reporting tools such as OTBI and BI Publisher. The role requires close collaboration with HR and business stakeholders to deliver accurate and actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain HCM reports and dashboards using OTBI & BI Publisher Create complex data models, visualizations, and ad-hoc queries Ensure performance, accuracy, and usability of reports Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights Collaborate with business stakeholders for reporting requirements Manage report scheduling, access, and distribution Maintain documentation and ensure data governance compliance Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM reporting Strong expertise in OTBI and BI Publisher Experience in building dashboards and custom reports Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM data structures Oracle Cloud Certification (preferred) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Financial Reporting Studio Exposure to large-scale Oracle Cloud implementations Knowledge of data governance and compliance standards
