ServiceNow Architect -- Telecom Domain

Job Title: ServiceNow Architect Location: Remote Visa : H1B, USC We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design and implementation of telecom solutions on the ServiceNow platform and its a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Telecom Service Management (TSM), Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM), Order Management for Telecom (OMT), and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI). Key Responsibilities Design and implement scalable ServiceNow telecom solutions. Lead architecture and solution design for TSM, TSOM, OMT, and TNI modules. Define integration architecture with OSS/BSS systems, network monitoring tools, and external platforms. Provide technical leadership to ServiceNow development teams. Ensure platform best practices, governance, and performance optimization. Required Skills 8 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in ServiceNow. Hands-on experience with TSM, TSOM, OMT, and TNI. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP), CMDB, and Flow Designer. Experience integrating ServiceNow with telecom OSS/BSS systems. Preferred ServiceNow CSA / CAD / CTA certifications Experience with ITOM and telecom network operations
