Job Title: Software Developer (React Native & React) Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-site) Job Summary: We are seeking an individual to contribute their expertise in deg, developing, and maintaining complex information systems. Our team relies on professionals who can deliver innovative solutions to business challenges while ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the project life cycle. Responsibilities: Document system requirements and prepare detailed design specifications for software solutions. Design, code, test, debug, and document programs with a focus on delivering high-quality technical outcomes. Lead or facilitate meetings to review designs and conduct problem discovery to address system or program issues effectively. Mentor other software analysts and, depending on project size, provide leadership for project team meetings. Required: Training or demonstrated knowledge relevant to business areas such as Accounting or Engineering. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present information, foster open dialogue, and prepare written materials. Technical proficiency in programming languages and environments related to the described responsibilities and methodologies. Ability to apply software development and quality assurance methodologies throughout the system development life cycle.
