Location: Austin, TX Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Software Developer Job Title : Senior Software Developer Location : Austin, TX ( 90% remote, may be required to meet on-site in Austin, TX at times) Duration: 8 months with posibility of extenssion About the job We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications. In this role, you will drive solutions from concept through delivery, providing technical expertise and collaborating closely with both internal teams and external partners. You will work within an agile environment, ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices and alignment with broader organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings deep technical knowledge in.NET and relational databases, along with the communication skills needed to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Minimum qualifications Experience managing the full software development life-cycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment and support. Experience with.NET technologies and relational SQL databases. Experience building robust, custom enterprise business applications from scratch. Experience collaborating with blended teams of full-time and contract developers. Preferred qualifications Experience building and optimizing containerized services using Docker to produce efficient and secure images. Experience developing ETL pipelines and data centralization systems for reporting consumption. Experience utilizing AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, to accelerate coding, improve quality, and automate tasks. Prior experience working on large-scale public sector or state-level enterprise applications. Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. Responsibilities: Provide hands-on technical guidance and contribution across multiple enterprise application initiatives through design, implementation, and delivery. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand program requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Drive Agile delivery by breaking down work into increments, participating in sprint ceremonies, and actively developing and reviewing code. Ensure high standards for code quality, security, and performance while aligning solutions with organizational standards. Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability within the development team.
