Job Title: Empyrean Developer Location: Stamford, CT/Remote JD: Role Name - Empyrean Developer ROLE_DESCRIPTION - Provide technical support and maintenance for the Empyrean application, ensuring system stability and performance. Troubleshoot application issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements. Assist business users with system usage, data issues, and reporting needs, ensuring high service levels. Support integrations between Empyrean and other enterprise systems, including data validation and reconciliation. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and cloud migration initiatives as applicable. Document technical processes, configurations, and support procedures for knowledge continuity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities and user experience.
