Hiring: Infrastructure Delivery Lead (Azure | M365 | Network | Cloud) Dallas, TX (Onsite Preferred) | Remote with 20 30% Travel We re looking for an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft Azure , M365 , and network setup . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in complex environments like NewCo carve-outs, M&A integrations, and large-scale cloud transformations . Start Date: April 1, 2026 Duration: 26 Weeks Requisition ID: EA-DE IT O-Infrastructure Delivery Lead-TX-040126 Key Responsibilities Lead Azure-based infrastructure delivery with working knowledge of AWS Drive end-to-end cloud implementations (compute, network, storage, identity, security) Own NewCo carve-outs & separation initiatives (Day 1 readiness, TSA exit, cutovers) Deliver DC/Office network setups (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, ExpressRoute) Lead M365 & Entra ID implementations , including tenant-to-tenant migrations Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and client stakeholders Ensure secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure environments Oversee Day 1/Day 2 stabilization (hypercare) and transition to operations Required Skills & Experience 15+ years of IT experience in infrastructure delivery Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (Must Have) Working knowledge of AWS environments Expertise in networking, identity, and cloud infrastructure Proven experience in carve-outs / separations / migrations Solid understanding of M365, Entra ID, and enterprise security Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication Nice to Have AWS Certification (Associate or higher) ITIL / Service Management certification Experience in M&A programs, TSA exits, or enterprise transformations Exposure to automation / IaC frameworks
