Senior Devops Engineer (W2)

Candidates who are local to Tempe, AZ or Atlanta, GA are highly preferred. We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) including EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch. Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD and/or Jenkins for automated deployments. Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CloudFormation to automate provisioning and configuration. Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Bash, or Shell scripting for deployment and operational tasks. Configure and manage containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred). Monitor system performance using AWS CloudWatch, logging tools, and implement proactive alerting and troubleshooting mechanisms. Manage source control and branching strategies using Git, ensuring code quality and version control best practices. Work within Agile environments using Jira and Confluence for tracking and documentation. Ensure high availability, scalability, and security of applications by implementing best DevOps and cloud practices. Provide production support, incident management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
