Software Developer Senior

Job Details Our client is hiring a Software Developer Senior on a long-term contract basis. Work Location: Brooklyn, New York Work Model: Hybrid Responsibilities: Provide development and technical support (1st, 2nd or Tier 3 Level) to the ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications. Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP.net (C#). Support Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests. Deploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publish services and administer user roles and privileges. Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc. Support hours shift: Be flexible from 9 AM up to 9 PM EST and weekend on a rotational base. Required Qualifications: 5-10+ years of experiences of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications 5-10+ years of experiences in administrating and supporting ArcFM applications Development and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API,.Net (C#). Experiences in deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites. System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems. Publish services and administer user roles and privileges. Ability to Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc. Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt. Provide status of the tickets to the client SME. Trouble shooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications. Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives. Windows servers knowledge and experiences FME Experience: Work closely with FME Suite for GIS Landbase activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Pay Rate: $75-$85 per hour.
