Job Title: Senior/Lead Power BI & Analytics Location: Miami, FL onsite day 1 Job Type: contract Duration: 12 months with possible extension Role Summary: Lead the design and delivery of Power BI reporting and analytics solutions, working directly with business stakeholders to understand problems and deliver data-driven solutions aligned to the company s North Star data architecture. Required Qualifications: 10+ years in BI/reporting/data analytics, with senior or lead-level responsibility. Strong hands-on Power BI skills (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization). Solid PL/SQL and relational database experience. Proven track record working directly with business stakeholders. Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in business terms. Experience operating within an enterprise or North Star data architecture; exposure to AI/ML in analytics is a plus.
