Role: Service Now Developer with Gen AI Location: Santa Clara CA Hybrid Position Key Responsibilities Develop and customize solutions on the ServiceNow platform Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities into workflows and applications Build and enhance Virtual Agents and AI-driven automation Design and implement agentic AI workflows and autonomous task XXXX XXXX Work with REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions Required Skills Strong experience in ServiceNow Development Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLM integrations Experience with agentic AI tools, AI agents, or autonomous workflow frameworks Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) Preferred Skills Experience with ServiceNow Virtual Agent / Now Assist Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, prompt engineering, and orchestration frameworks Experience with tools like LangChain, AutoGen, or similar agentic AI frameworks ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CAD, etc.) Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)
