Deep experience in Python, Lang Chain, and Lang Graph is critical. Job Description: Our client is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to architect, design, and deliver an enterprise scale servicing and workflow automation platform. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong architectural judgment, and a proven ability to drive engineering excellence across complex distributed systems and AI-driven workflows. Leadership Expectations Mentor and develop junior and mid level engineers Uphold engineering discipline, architectural standards, and code quality Maintain an outcome driven, delivery focused mindset Key Responsibilities Lead end to end architecture, design, and development of platform components Review designs, code, integration patterns, and quality practices Build scalable APIs, services, and workflow-driven solutions Implement workflow orchestration and task XXXX XXXX models Collaborate closely with product, operations, and architecture teams Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and provide technical direction Required Technical Skills Strong expertise in backend engineering and distributed system design Advanced proficiency in Python, LangChain, and LangGraph Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems; at least one agentic AI project taken to production Strong experience with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases Experience building and consuming asynchronous APIs Practical experience with MCP, Kafka/queueing systems, and workflow engines Familiarity with banking/financial services domains (KYC, onboarding, servicing, etc.) Experience deg and deploying microservices architectures Exposure to cloud-native environments (container orchestration, CI/CD, observability) Understanding of enterprise-grade security, compliance, and scalability requirements Agile & Delivery Practices Demonstrated leadership in Agile delivery environments Strong experience with estimation, grooming, and sprint planning Ability to guide teams on delivery predictability, velocity, and execution Preferred / Nice to Have Experience with Google ADK (Agent Developer Kit) Broader experience across AI system patterns, LLM orchestration, and workflow automation platforms Beware of scams.
