Senior Software Developer AI

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Lead development of AI POCs in the SRE space, driving operational, reliability, quality and cost-saving outcomes Make decisions about which AI tools and models best match which use cases Teach fellow team members techniques for getting the most out of AI Evaluate and document outcomes of POCs and make recommendations for next steps Act as subject matter expert for AI Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent Hands on experience with Claude, Gemini, GPT, Hugging Face ecosystem Proficiency in back-end technologies and programming languages and a deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture. Familiarity with cloud computing platforms An ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results on time. Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges. Effective verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
