Tittle: PLM Project Manager Location: Los Angeles CA: Onsite Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of PLM ensuring all project milestones are met. Collaborate with the system integrator and internal teams to align project goals and execution. Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans and schedules using Smartsheet. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, driving engagement and alignment across various departments. Identify and address risks proactively, escalating issues when necessary and ensuring timely resolution. Oversee Testing activities to validate system functionality and performance. Partner with Change Management teams from business to promote adoption and minimize disruption. Provide regular progress updates and reports to executive leadership. Ensure all deliverables are completed within scope, budget, and timeline. Requirements Extensive experience managing PLM implementation projects. Strong background in business analysis, with the ability to gather and interpret requirements. Proven track record of replacing legacy systems, such as Andromeda PLM system Excellent risk management skills, with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve issues. Outstanding organizational and communication abilities, with a focus on stakeholder collaboration. Self-motivated leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet. Familiarity with phased rollout strategies and change management processes.
