Key Responsibilities Develop NLP models for text classification, summarization, and entity recognition Process and analyze large-scale textual datasets (legal, policy, citizen feedback) Implement conversational AI/chatbots for government services Ensure compliance with accessibility and data standards Optimize NLP models for performance and accuracy Collaborate with AI/ML teams and stakeholders Required Qualifications 13+ years in software/NLP/AI roles Experience with state or federal agencies Strong expertise in NLP libraries (spaCy, NLTK, Hugging Face Transformers) Experience with deep learning (BERT, GPT-based models) Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms
