Title: ServiceNow Architect (Senior / Expert) Location: Maryland and they have to travel ( if needed) to CT or KY Hybrid ( weekly twice) Key Requirements: 10+ years ServiceNow Development 5+ years Solution Architect 5+ years Team Leadership Strong experience across: ITSM, ITOM (HAM/SAM), ITBM, CSM, SecOps, GRC, HR Expertise in: Architecture design & enterprise solutions CMDB, integrations, automation, AI Certifications (Must): CSA (Certified System Administrator) CAD (Certified Application Developer) Multiple CIS certifications (ITSM, CSM, Discovery, etc.)
