Must be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Role: Scrum Master Location: Jersey City, NJ (hybrid) Exp Level: 10 yrs+ Interview: TEAMS (final round may be face to face) Duration: 12 months+ Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead our organization's transformation from traditional waterfall methodologies to Agile practices within our Capital Markets division. This is a unique player/coach opportunity for a seasoned professional who can both guide teams through change and actively contribute to establishing our new Agile framework.
