Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Midland, TX Required Skills: Strong experience in Desktop Management & Infrastructure Services (IS) Provide L2 support including incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution Handle service requests and incidents within defined SLAs Experience working with ITSM tools for ticket logging and tracking Ensure timely ticket updates and communication with clients Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors Knowledge of QHSE and IT compliance policies Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills Experience Required: 6 8 Years Thanks & Regards, Sr. Account Manager
