Senior Microsoft SQL Server Engineer

12+ Years of experienced highly experienced SQL Server professional with expertise in High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR). Strong experience in performance tuning, low-latency, and high-throughput database systems is required. Hands-on experience supporting real-time and batch processing systems, preferably in payments or banking domain. Expertise in T-SQL, stored procedures, indexing, and query optimization is a must. Experience with Always On, replication, failover clustering, and backup/recovery strategies. Strong understanding of data integrity, security, and regulatory/compliance standards. Exposure to ETL processes (SSIS or similar tools) and OLTP/ETL systems is expected. Ability to troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize database performance in enterprise environments. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
