Looking 15 years of experience Job Title: SAP HCM Payroll & Success Factors Lead Consultant Location: OMAHA, NE (100% ONSITE - 5 DAYS A WEEK) Duration: 12 months Job Description/POSITION OVERVIEW The SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Consultant will support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement for the Products industry group. This role focuses on providing high-level functional expertise to maintain and enhance HR systems for a critical client account. DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a functional support consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in an AMS environment. Manage and resolve Incidents, Service Requests, and Minor Enhancements. Perform issue analysis, root-cause identification, and resolution. Work closely with client stakeholders, HR teams, and IT counterparts. Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes. Participate in system testing, validation, and user support activities.
