Product Owner

Essential requirements: • Agile Product Ownership Experience Experience working as a Product Owner or in a similar role in an agile environment, managing product backlogs, defining priorities, and working closely with development teams.

• Strong Understanding of Modern Software Development Practices Solid knowledge of modern development practices including CI/CD, automated testing, and developer workflows.

• Stakeholder Management and Communication Skills Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, testers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive alignment.

• Experience with Testing Frameworks or Test Automation Practical understanding of testing frameworks, test automation strategies, and quality engineering practices.

• Ability to Translate Technical Needs into Product Initiatives Capability to translate developer needs, technical challenges, and business requirements into actionable backlog items and initiatives.

Meritorious: • Experience with Developer Experience (DevEx) Platforms or Tooling Experience working with developer platforms, internal developer portals, or developer productivity tools.

• Experience Driving Engineering Productivity Improvements Background in initiatives focused on improving developer efficiency, quality, or platform capabilities.

• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD Tooling Hands-on familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tooling commonly used in modern development environments.

• Experience in Large Enterprise or Banking Environment Previous experience working in complex organizations with multiple development teams and governance structures.
