Essential requirements: • Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role within a digital environment, ideally with OMNI experience

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

• A passion for solving complex problems with innovative thinking and a clear ability to prioritize based on impact, user value, and strategic fit

• A strong customer focus, with the ability to uncover user needs, validate pain points, and translate insights into actionable improvements

• Experience working in agile, iterative product development environments
