Senior IT Business Analyst

Essential requirements:

• Extensive Business Analyst experience (15+ years) in IT, ideally Agile, with strong capability in writing clear, structured requirements. • Strong technical background, including technical education and past hands-on experience as a developer or tester. • Ability to lead planning, coordination, and refinement activities, driving requirement processes end to end. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, working across multiple teams (business, product, architecture, development, QA). • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, with a structured approach and excellent attention to detail. Meritorious: • Experience in payments or large-scale/complex system environments, as the role is within future payment solutions and cross-functional setups.
