ServiceNow Trainee

Are you ready to kick-start your career in Enterprise Service Management? At Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation department, our ServiceNow team is now looking for a trainee to strengthen the team. In this role you will have the opportunity to develop and grow to an industry-leading expert in enterprise technology enablement. We would like you to start your four-month Trainee period in August 2026. We are primarily looking for a Trainee who could continue with us also after the Trainee period.

In this role, you will gain practical experience on ServiceNow delivery lifecycle. Your other tasks can include data gathering and analysis, preparing client materials, planning and coordinating project work, attending client workshops and sales support activities. To succeed in this role, we also wish you have: eagerness to learn and genuinely help our clients to improve their business willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and complex business and technology landscapes passion for modern technology and its role in the business landscape, with a strong eagerness to delve into ServiceNow’s applications ability to translate business and functional requirements into technical requirements knowledge of Information Systems, Scripting, IT Infrastructure, ITIL, Enterprise Architecture, Data Models, and Project Management a recent master’s degree or ongoing master studies (for example in business administration, industrial engineering and management, computer engineering, information management or knowledge management) great MS Office skills ability to see the big picture and analytical approach to problem-solving enthusiasm to work together with others, both colleagues and clients fluent language skills in both Finnish and English To be considered for this Trainee position, a prerequisite is that you are currently allowed to work in Finland, holding a valid residence permit if required.
