Data Reporting Trainee

We are looking for a business minded IT student in the final stages of their studies or a recent graduate to join our internal IT team in Helsinki! Your full-time Trainee period will last 3-6 months, starting in March 2026. Many Trainees continue with us into permanent roles after their Trainee period. Read more about the Trainee program here. In our Helsinki office we have an IT team of seven professionals eagerly waiting for you to join our team! Our internal IT Team enables our professionals to manage their everyday work by ensuring functional IT applications and networks. As a Data Reporting Trainee, you will focus on developing our internal reporting and converting the business needs into valuable assets together with the team. You will work with our internal databases and reporting tools such as Power BI and SQL, gaining hands-on experience in data platforms, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to large global transformation projects. You will collaborate with a senior specialist and work directly with business unit end users to understand their needs and deliver valuable reports. Qualifications: What do we hope for from you? If you got excited reading the job description, are eager to develop your data reporting skills, have an analytical mindset and enjoy new challenges, you might just be the Data Reporting Trainee that we are looking for! We also hope that you have: A recent master’s/bachelor’s degree or ongoing relevant master studies (for example in information technology, computer science, etc.) Fluent language skills in English (fluency in Finnish language is seen as plus) Willingness and possibly familiarity working with Power BI tool Experience in SQL Basic knowledge about common software development practices, databases, data platforms, data warehousing and ETL / data pipelines Analytical and proactive working style Previous experience in similar roles will be considered an advantage. To be considered for this Trainee position, a prerequisite is that you are currently allowed to work in Finland, holding a valid residence permit if required.
