Job Title: ServiceNow Architect (German Speaking)

Location: Vienna, Austria (Hybrid/Onsite)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join a growing team in Vienna. This role is ideal for a German-speaking professional with strong technical and functional expertise across the ServiceNow platform, who can drive architecture, design, and delivery across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules (e.g. ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM)
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Define and maintain platform architecture standards, governance, and best practices
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality implementation and integration
• Drive digital transformation initiatives leveraging the ServiceNow platform
• Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and technical workshops where required

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Technical Consultant
• Strong knowledge across ServiceNow modules (ITSM essential, others advantageous)
• Experience in enterprise-level implementations and integrations
• Solid understanding of architecture principles, governance, and best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluent German and English (essential)
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g. CSA, CIS, CTA) highly desirable
