Role Requirements
- 3-10 years of experience in boilers, burners, combustion systems, or HVAC
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Strong safety-first mindset and professional work habits
- Proven longevity with previous employers
- Trusted to work independently and represent the company in the field
- Motivated, hungry to learn, and committed to building a long-term career

- $35-$55 per hour, depending on experience
