Position: Senior Sales Executive
- Marine Lubricants & Chemicals Location: Hamburg, Germany
Role Overview: Our client, a smaller, independent company in the marine industry, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive with an existing network of ship owners, ship managers, and marine contacts. This is a strategic role for someone who can leveraging their relationships to grow international sales of marine lubricants and chemicals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand relationships with ship owners, ship managers, and other key marine industry clients.
- Use own existing network to generate immediate sales opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve gross profit targets in the first year.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product alignment and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company in international trading and client visits.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven in sales of marine lubricants or chemicals.
- Established network in the shipping or marine industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English; German is advantageous.
- Knowledge of logistics and international trade is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and generate results quickly.
