Are you an experienced recruitment consultant ready to maximize your potential? Darwin is expanding, and we’re looking for driven 360 recruiters to join our successful US Industrial Engineering team.

This team are flying at the moment and are continuing to thrive, with 6 memebers alread established in this team we want to add another consultant into the mix, With 4 of the team already billing £200k and one new member billing close to £200k in thier first 6 months, you will be joining a high perfoming and buoyant team & market.

What We’re Looking For: 1-3 years’ experience in 360 STEM recruitment. A driven, ambitious mindset and hunger for success. Coachable attitude and a genuine desire to grow. Ability to commute to our buzzing Billericay office (and commit to US working hours).
