Service Manager

We are hiring a full-time HVAC Service & Installation Technician to service, troubleshoot, install, and start up commercial and industrial HVAC systems.

As a Data Center HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical and cooling systems within active data center sites. Working as part of a contracted service team, this role ensures cooling infrastructure operates reliably to maintain precise temperature and humidity levels and support uninterrupted data center operations.

Compensation: $45phr-$50phr + 401(k), PTO, comprehensive healthcare

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including CRAC/CRAH units, chillers, condensers, pumps, and associated mechanical equipment
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure consistent system performance
• Replace filters, belts, and other mechanical components as required
• Identify, document, and escalate critical issues to site leads and participate in post-incident reviews
• Primarily site-based with occasional travel to support additional client sites (up to 25%)

Required Qualifications

• EPA Section 608 Certification
• 2+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC experience (data center experience a plus)
• Familiarity with BMS/BAS monitoring and control systems
• Comfortable working in live, mission-critical environments
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and participate in on-call rotations
