User Interface Designer

A highly respected HR and payroll technology provider with over 60 years’ experience delivering innovative Human Capital Management solutions. They are seeking a UKG Ready Consultant to join their team and deliver client-focused UKG Ready implementations.

This is a fantastic chance to work with a market-leading HCM provider, supporting clients across multiple industries with HR, payroll, time & attendance, and talent management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UKG Ready implementations for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate these into system configuration and best-practice recommendations.
• Configure Payroll, HR, Time & Attendance, Onboarding, and Benefits modules.
• Support data migration, testing, and system validation.
• Deliver training sessions and documentation to clients, ensuring smooth adoption of UKG Ready.
• Provide ongoing consultancy support to optimise client solutions.

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven UKG Ready experience (4+ years) in implementation or consulting roles.
• Strong understanding of HR and payroll processes in the US.
• Excellent client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
