Senior Internal Recruiter

  • Global Talent Acquisition Location: Hybrid
  • 3 days onsite in Berlin Duration: 6 months + extensions Start Date: ASAP Sector: eCommerce / Technology

Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Internal Recruiter to join our client’s Global Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for Product and Technology roles, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and attract diverse talent across EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to support strategic hiring needs.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple product and technology roles.
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through sourcing and networking.
  • Collaborate with People Team functions including Operations, People Business Partners, DIB, and Compensation.
  • Coach hiring managers on best practices, processes, and interview techniques.
  • Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a Senior or Technical Recruiter in a corporate environment.
  • Strong interest in technology and eCommerce.
  • Solid knowledge of EMEA labor markets and employment legislation.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English.
  • Experience with ATS/CRMs (Workday and GEM preferred) and LinkedIn sourcing.
