Senior Internal Recruiter
- Global Talent Acquisition Location: Hybrid
- 3 days onsite in Berlin Duration: 6 months + extensions Start Date: ASAP Sector: eCommerce / Technology
Role Overview We are seeking a Senior Internal Recruiter to join our client’s Global Talent Acquisition team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for Product and Technology roles, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to deliver a high-quality candidate experience and attract diverse talent across EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to support strategic hiring needs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across multiple product and technology roles.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines through sourcing and networking.
- Collaborate with People Team functions including Operations, People Business Partners, DIB, and Compensation.
- Coach hiring managers on best practices, processes, and interview techniques.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior or Technical Recruiter in a corporate environment.
- Strong interest in technology and eCommerce.
- Solid knowledge of EMEA labor markets and employment legislation.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with ATS/CRMs (Workday and GEM preferred) and LinkedIn sourcing.
