**Service Technician

• Compressed Air Systems**

Role Overview: As a Service Technician, you’ll maintain, troubleshoot, and repair air compressors, pumps, gearboxes, and other rotating equipment. This role involves hands-on technical work, diagnosing issues, recommending solutions, performing preventive maintenance, and responding to urgent service calls. You’ll also build strong customer relationships and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair compressed air and rotating equipment.
• Diagnose equipment issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability.
• Identify and sell necessary repairs, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain accurate service records and compliance.
• Keep service vehicle stocked and respond to urgent calls.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in ongoing training.
• Be flexible with responsibilities and handle emergency service needs.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with rotary screw, oil-free, or oil-flooded air compressors.
• Strong communication skills and organized work habits.
• Self-starter, positive attitude, and coachable mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug/background checks.
• Physical ability to perform hands-on work.
