Technical knowledge and experience in the infrastructure design or construction business Strong understanding of construction site operations and their potential impact on local communities Fair command of English language, able to actively participate in meetings in English and write memos, notes, emails and the like in English. Dealing with stakeholders and neighbours will mainly be in Estonian, reporting and discussing within the Alliance will be in English. Working knowledge of PC software packages (MS Office) Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. High resilience and ability to manage conflict situations calmly and professionally. Very strict, rigorous and systematic approach. · · Valid Driving license For the ALLIANCE, regarding all Construction and Commissioning activities: · To be the first contact point for all local Stakeholders, including neighbours · To present and explain to the Stakeholders the details of the Project as and when needed to support Client · To receive and investigate all Stakeholder and neighbour complaints, to report them to the Project Management, propose solutions, convey the solutions back. · To proactively identify stakeholder-related risks that may impact construction progress, schedule or reputation, and escalate them to Project Management. · To support the development and implementation of mitigation measures to avoid delays or conflicts. Main work location in the field (Pärnu area), reporting to Tallinn office one or two days a week from mid-2026 onwards. A unique Project until end 2030.
