Are you an engineer who thrives at the intersection of complex architecture and massive scale? We are looking for a self-driven Senior Engineer to join our team in building and evolving high-performance services that power our core business.

As a Senior Engineer, you won’t just write code; you will own the solution design and end-to-end implementation of capabilities within our service ecosystem. You will have a unique opportunity to implement meaningful changes in complex, high-scale systems where precision and architectural foresight are key.

Must-Have Requirements (Skall-krav)

• Strong Technical Foundation: Extensive experience building, scaling, and maintaining backend services using Java.
• GCP Ecosystem: Proven hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform, specifically managing Postgres and BigTable at scale.
• Data Engineering: Solid experience in building and managing data pipelines, with specific proficiency in Scio and/or Flight.
• Bias for Action: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make fast, informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication & Leadership: Strong writing and verbal communication skills. You must be comfortable leading engineering “deep dives,” hosting workshops, and performing demos for stakeholders.
• Collaborative Mindset: A team-first attitude with a passion for tight collaboration and a desire to grow through continuous feedback.

Nice-to-Have Requirements (Bör-krav)

• Domain Expertise: Previous experience within E-commerce or Financial Engineering (FinTech).
• Distributed Systems: Experience navigating and refactoring large-scale monolithic or microservice architectures.
