You will be Senior Program Manager, with ability to drive cyber security cross-functional digital programs. Focuses on managing the program planning, scope, and risk management, implementation, reporting, and performance of the program with the expectation of delivering on time, within budget, and to scope. You will drive the execution of the program, ensuring the deliveries from associated teams are aligned to meet the overall objectives (OKRs) of the initiative and realize the expected values.

Lead the long-term development and execution of own domain, e.g subfunction or network, with impact on Cluster/Global Function, influencing on strategic direction within own area. Requires Company-unique expertise and understanding of future developments in own domain /either technical or commercial) gained by very long experience on top of professional qualifications. Know-how or experience that typically is recognized externally within own domain. Experience in the area of Cyber Security, Network & Identity management is a big plus. In the role of Senior Digital Program Manager, we are looking for someone who is a collaborator, good communicative and interpersonal skills, able to converse at a senior management level and other. You must have experience from working in the capacity of a servant leader and coach for large teams, but also building effective virtual teams. Your ability to manage risks and dependencies across different teams and to visualize a consolidated roadmap is excellent.
