We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join a global Supply Chain Optimization team.

Our client is a global organization optimizing the supply chain and currently undergoing an exciting digital transformation to boost performance and customer satisfaction. As a Logistics Analyst, you will join an innovative, diverse team with expertise spanning supply chain management and digital development. The team is characterized by strong collaboration, transparent communication, and an agile way of working, where daily stand-ups and close teamwork drive effective, value-creating results.

What the team does:

The team combines deep supply chain knowledge with digital capabilities to optimize today’s operations while building scalable and sustainable solutions for the future.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring optimized inventory steering of spare parts to a global customer network through automated concepts that balance customer availability with sustainability and cost efficiency.

• Working closely with IT to develop a robust analytical data layer that enables data-driven decision-making across the company.

• Transforming supply chain planning through the development of modern, cloud-native planning solutions that support agile software development and continuous improvement.

You will be part of a team driving a major digital transformation, where both technical and supply chain expertise are essential.

Who you are:

We believe you are someone who:

• Has 2–5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.

• Is a true team player with a curious and analytical mindset.

• Can understand the dynamics of a global and constantly evolving supply chain.

• Has a strong interest in supply chain management and inventory optimization.

• Is skilled in data analytics and comfortable presenting insights based on data.

• Takes initiative and enjoys exploring new ways of working while collaborating cross-functionally.

• Has proficiency in one or more scripting languages (e.g., SQL, Python) — preferred but not required.

• Has experience with agile methodologies, software development, or BI development — considered a plus.
