The Senior PPC Specialist is responsible for owning, optimising, and scaling Paid Search performance across assigned brands and markets. The role focuses on driving efficient customer acquisition through disciplined budget management, bidding optimisation, and data-driven decision-making, aligned with CPA, LTV, and contribution targets.

The role operates hands-on, working closely with internal stakeholders, platform partners, and technical teams to maximise Paid Search performance through continuous optimisation, testing, and automation.

Campaign Ownership & Performance

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Paid Search campaigns across Google and Bing
  • Own daily campaign operations, ensuring performance aligns with agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor and optimise key performance metrics

Budget & Bidding Management

  • Manage monthly budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to ensure efficient spend.
  • Continuously review bidding performance and adjust based on data trends and business objectives.
  • Operate within a flexible spend model driven by customer contribution and LTV.

Growth, Testing & Optimisation

  • Conduct keyword research, search query mining, and competitive analysis.
  • Execute structured test-and-learn initiatives across keywords, ads, bidding strategies, and account structure.
  • Identify opportunities for traffic growth, efficiency improvements, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for new brands and launches.

Automation, Tools & Innovation

  • Use in-house automation tools to maximise Paid Search performance.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools where relevant to improve efficiency and insight generation.

Stakeholder Management & Reporting

  • Measure, analyse, and report Paid Search performance clearly and consistently.
  • Communicate insights, trends, and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Google’s Paid Search team to ensure best practices and strategic alignment.

About you

  • Fluent in written and verbal English (mandatory).
  • 2+ years experience leading Google and Bing Paid Search campaigns within iGaming
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, economics, communications or similar.
  • Experience managing a substantial budget and delivering results on a consistent basis.
  • Desire to win business every day with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage team partnership, promote enthusiasm and foster strategic thinking.
  • Great communication and creative thinking skills.
  • Capable of working independently, while also being a great‌ ‌team‌ ‌player.
  • Number oriented with analytical skills, comfortable with large sets of data and numbers. Excellent ability to use data to inform all decisions.
  • Passion for digital marketing, ability to keep up to date with the latest industry news and opportunities.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What are nice to haves?

  • Google Paid Search Ads Certification will be a plus
  • Experience in iGaming would be a major plus
  • Bing ads experience will be a plus
  • Experience with Value Based Bidding (tROAS) will be a major plus
  • Experience with Google Data Studio, Google Analytics and Tableau would be a plus
  • Experience with SA360 will be a plus
  • Experience with AI & Automation with Paid search will be considered an asset
