Your tasks during our growth journey:

As a Senior AI Engineer at Codento, you work in responsible consultant positions by planning and utilizing the opportunities brought by cloud technologies to help our customers.

You’ll be working closely with our teams in Finland and other Nordics to open new cloud and AI business. You help the sales team to open up customer relationships with your expertise, and you are involved in building teams around them.

You work very hands-on with cloud technology tools that deepen and expand your already possessed know-how. You will learn a lot, especially about Google Cloud, and that is also expected of you in this position.

When you join us, we expect you to have:

• Strong hands-on Python and SQL skills
• Understanding standards of quality code
• Skills in APIs and integrations
• Understanding of Agentic Architecture & LLM Logic and Grounding & Retrieval (RAG)
• Experience with production-grade Google Cloud development
• Skills in Agent development frameworks (ADK preferred)
• Good understanding of the consulting business and ability to translate business needs into the language of technology
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

• Language proficiency in Finnish, Swedish, or Norwegian
• Track record of leading projects or teams
• Background with Gemini Enterprise
• Experience in GenAI & Agent evaluation
• Hands-on Experience of MLOps Principles and Practicalities

Most likely, the salary range for the position is 5500–7500. Salary is dependent on your background and abilities. The range is also negotiable if you can provide other skills that complement our strategy.
