As a Talent Acquisition consultant, you will take full ownership of end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of commercial, strategic, and operational roles. You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and play a key role in shaping hiring strategies and talent foundations as the organization grows.
Responsibilities
→ Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within Legal, Finance, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Sales, Strategy, and Operations
→ Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers on organizational design, hiring needs, and candidate experience
→ Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future critical roles
→ Drive structured, fast, and fair recruitment processes with a strong focus on quality and outcomes
→ Ensure an excellent candidate experience from first contact through offer and onboarding
Required background
→ Minimum 5 years of experience within Talent Acquisition
→ Experience from fast-growing environments such as start-ups, scale-ups, or VC-backed companies
→ Proven track record of hiring for commercial and strategic roles
→ Strong understanding of how talent impacts business results and growth
→ Experience working through rapid growth phases, building processes while maintaining speed
→ Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with stakeholders
→ Strong communication skills and a consultative mindset
→ Passion for people, performance, and long-term talent development
